JOHANNESBURG – There’s growing concern that many political office bearers lack the educational qualifications necessary for effective governance. 
A handful of Ministers in the Government of National Unity don’t have a higher degree.

And the EFF in the Western Cape says it will table a motion in parliament requiring minister, premiers and MECs to possess a tertiary qualification.
